At Heritage Kids, we know how special every order is — which is why we work hard to make sure your little one’s essentials reach you safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Time & Rates

We currently ship across the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and location.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $60 (before tax).

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier schedules.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. Heritage Kids is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or your order is missing products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@heritagekids.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue — our team will take care of it right away.
